Try your speaker at bedtime. Opened and tried products are welcome under our 30-day guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a return.
We will provide a prepaid return label and the return instructions for orders delivered to the UK. Please send the speaker and any supplied accessories back within 14 days of receiving your label. Keep your proof of postage.
For a full order return, we refund the amount paid, including any standard delivery charge. If you return one speaker from a Couples Set, we refund the discounted amount paid for that speaker. No return postage or restocking fee is deducted.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent, whichever is earlier. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.
